Chan enjoys addressing large groups.

Vision

Leadership International aims to develop, support and inspire great leadership that is relevant, effective and sustainable, in business, government, politics and faith communities.

Goals

  1. Impact national governments to achieve the delivery of significant leadership programmes that transcend race, cultural and religious boundaries.

  2. Support building of leadership capacity with the goal of creating economic and social benefits in national, organisational and community contexts.

  3. Develop nation-specific facilities for the formal training, equipping and inspiring of leaders.

  4. Build relationships with leaders to facilitate networks of support, mentoring and encouragement.

  5. Build relationships with churches and para-church enterprises through their leaders, who materially influence the outputs of their congregations and organisations by their leadership effectiveness.

  6. Provide an independent voice that enables timely input that will help, encourage and strengthen church and para-church communities by working with their leaders.

Key objectives

Provide programmes, resources, networks and mentoring that:

  • Share insights and experiences that enable development of leadership capacity.

  • Assist in clear understanding of the particular challenge of 3rd millennium leadership.

  • Give understanding as to why leaders fail and provide relevant learning.

  • Explore the 'driven to lead' syndrome, tackling modern problems and anticipating future ones.

  • Enable development of a vision.

  • Explain and encourage value-centred leadership.

  • Enable capacity building for individuals to be outstanding leaders in challenging times.
